Style Space is a workspace for stylists and their clients, operated by Style Space LLC. This policy explains the information we handle when people visit the site, create an account, accept an invitation, or use its styling tools.

The information depends on the features you use and whether you are a stylist, a team member, or a client.

• Account and identity details, such as name, email address, login credentials, account role, and team or client invitations.
• Styling and profile details, such as sizes, location, style preferences, brands, budgets, inspiration images, closet items, outfit boards, requests, and session information.
• Content you choose to share in the workspace, including messages, images, files, and notes associated with styling work.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session cookies, device or browser details, IP address, and security or error events.
• Plan, usage, and billing-related records where the relevant features are available. If payment features are enabled, Style Space may retain limited card metadata, such as the brand and last four digits, while the payment provider handles full card details.

You provide information directly when you register, complete a profile, upload an image, send a message, or use a workspace feature. A stylist or team member may also enter a client's contact details and send an invitation before the client creates an account.

When you choose Google sign-in, Google confirms your identity and provides the basic profile details needed for authentication. The service also receives technical information from your browser and from the systems that deliver the application.

Style Space uses information to create and secure accounts, connect invited clients with the correct stylist workspace, provide styling features, send service messages, respond to support requests, and maintain the reliability and security of the application.

Profile and styling information appears in the relevant workspace so stylists and clients can collaborate. Service information may also be used to understand and fix errors, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Any materially different use should be explained in an updated policy before it begins.

If you select Continue with Google, Style Space requests the OpenID Connect identity scopes openid, email, and profile. These allow the service to identify your Google account, confirm your email address, and receive basic profile information for sign-in.

We store your Google account identifier and email address with your Style Space account to recognize you when you return. We use this information for account access and do not sell it or share it for advertising. Service providers that host or secure Style Space may process it only to help us operate the service.

Google sign-in does not give Style Space access to your Gmail messages. The authentication flow does not persist Google access or refresh tokens. Google may also process information under its own privacy terms when you use its sign-in service.

Workspace information is available to people whose roles allow them to serve a client or manage the relevant stylist business. For example, a client's stylist may see the profile, sizing, style preferences, requests, and shared content needed to provide styling services. Other clients do not receive access to that workspace.

Service providers may process information to host the application, store uploaded files, send transactional email, support sign-in, or process payments where enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

The application uses access controls, protected sessions, and other technical measures designed to limit unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide an account and its workspace, resolve disputes or security issues, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to any required retention and the time needed to remove backup copies. You can request deletion at info@joinstylespace.com.

You can update certain profile details in the application. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information at info@joinstylespace.com, subject to any records the service must retain.

You can stop using Google sign-in through your Google account settings. Removing that connection does not by itself delete a Style Space account or information already provided to the service.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page.
