Terms of Service.

These terms describe the use of Style Space, a platform where stylists manage their work and collaborate with clients. Style Space is operated by Style Space LLC.

Stylists may create an account directly. Clients access the platform through an invitation from a stylist. You are responsible for providing accurate account details, protecting your login credentials, and telling the service if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your access depends on your role and the stylist workspace you belong to. Do not use another person's account or try to access a workspace or client record for which you do not have permission.

Style Space provides tools for invitations, profiles, client requests, closet items, outfit boards, messages, sessions, and related styling work. A stylist remains responsible for the services they offer to their clients and for the information they choose to collect and share through their workspace.

Clients should share only information they are comfortable making available to the invited stylist and authorized members of that stylist's team. The platform itself does not guarantee a particular styling outcome, product availability, or result from a stylist-client relationship.

You retain your rights in the images, messages, style preferences, and other material you add to Style Space. You give the platform the permission needed to store, display, process, and share that material within the relevant workspace to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to upload or share your material. Do not post another person's private information or copyrighted material without the necessary permission. You may remove content where the application offers that control; copies may remain where retention is required or technically necessary for a limited period.

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious code, send spam, impersonate another person, or use the service to harass or defraud someone.

Style Space may limit access or remove material when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Contact info@joinstylespace.com if you believe a restriction was made in error.

Some stylist or client services may carry a fee. Where a paid feature is available, its price, billing period, cancellation rules, and any recurring charge authorization are presented separately before a charge is made.

Payment features may be unavailable in some workspaces. Any additional payment terms shown when you choose a paid feature apply to that transaction.

The platform may change as features improve, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside the team's control. Material changes that affect users should be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.

Links to external stores, identity providers, or other third-party services may be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

You may stop using Style Space and request account closure. Access may also end when a stylist removes a team member or client, or when an account is suspended for a serious breach of these terms or to protect the platform.

Closing an account may affect access to shared workspaces and content. Some records may be retained where needed for security, disputes, or applicable legal requirements. Contact info@joinstylespace.com to request account closure or ask how it affects your information.

We may update these terms as Style Space changes. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page.
